Vendor Setup time is from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Using Power at the Event: You must inform us before the event if you are going to use power or not.
Otherwise, we are not responsible if you do not get power during the event.
Yearly Contract will be presented to you: When signing up with Texas Metaphysical Fair, you must ask for a yearly contract. Once you sign it. It will be good for 1 calendar year and you only pay the month that you will do the event, by month.
Vendor Sharing Policy: Booth space may not be shared by two different practitioner(s) or vendor(s). Any other situation must be pre approved, two weeks before the fair/event, send request to Ricardo Gonzales, ricgonaus@gmail.com. If authorized, fair/event owner will inform you, price might increase due to authorized situation.
You Must Help Advertise the Event: You must help publicize the event in your Advertising Campaign to your business. This will help grow your business and increase visibility. If you need advertising print information, go to Website, www.texasmetaphysicalfairs.com or get in contact with Ricardo and he will provide information, ricgonaus@gmail.com.
Booth Sizes might vary from Event to Event: Due to location(s), sizes of tables and space might vary. Table will be from 4 ft., 6 ft., 8ft. Tables and chairs will be provided, depending on event. You will get only 3 chairs, per event(s). These are indoor events. This might change due to need of the day or before. Inform fair/event owner, ricgonaus@gmail.com
No One under the age of 18 behind the table: Because of the Covid-19/pandemic and possibilities of other situations presented to us. We at Finding Your Life Path Company, LLC are not responsible of any or anyone under the age of 18. If you have question(s), get in contact with Ricardo, ricgonaus@gmail.com before the day of the fair.
There will be NO REFUNDS: Under no circumstances you will not be made a refunds or payback, due to any situation that has occurred because of fault of vendor(s) cancels or does not show up or anything that might come up by no fault of ours. You may NOT be re-assigned your space to other events(s)/fair(s). Non-Refundable fees. All Payments are final. Money is nontransferable to other vendors(s). The money will not transfer to other fairs or other events hosted by Finding Your Life Path Company, LLC or its affiliates.
Vendor Table SET-UP: You are responsible of having your Vendor Table setup before the start of the event(s). There is no acceptation to this rule. There will be assigned seating before you arrive. We will escort you to your assigned spot. You must provide your own cover and setup. Large banner vendors will have to be put against the wall, if there is available space. Some time we might have banner situations and we might ask for changes to be made. So be prepared for a different location, if needed, with different setup. This setup rule can change from event to event. Check with Owner or Fair Manager(s) before the fair/event(s).
Room Temperature will Vary: There are times that the room(s) might be to warm or to cold. I will try to satisfy everyone in all room(s) during the event, to the best allowed. We cannot guarantee the comfort. Bring appropriate attire to suit your needs. We might adjust if needed but venue will help regulate. Ask floor manger for help.
Food Vendors: You must present a copy of, licenses, food rights, special food paperwork to fair owner, 3 weeks before the fair or event. Food must be prepared correctly and professionally. All foods will or might be searched by proper authorize personal before, during and after fair event. Check and make sure you check with city and county of the location of the event before setting up table to make sure you have proper food paperwork.
Business or Practitioners Photos: You must submit a professional photo or company logo to fair/event owner before the fair/event. It must be clear and visible. This must be in a digital format and sent to the following email address, ricgonaus@gmail.com. Once submitted, you have authorized usage of the photo or logo for advertising, press releases, flyers or any fair/event usage and will be continued to be used before, during and after fair/event(s) from, Finding Your Life Path Company, LLC or any of its affiliates.
Photo(s) or Media Services Might be at the Event(s): There will be times that a Reporter(s) or Social Media might be presents. If you are involved in this event(s), your picture(s) might be taken, of your table or you. You must be aware of this part of this event. This will help in advertising you and your company/product or services and purposes.
Vendor Table TEARDOWN: YOU CANNOT TEARDOWN UNTIL THE CLOSING TIME OF THE EVENT/FAIR(S). Once event/fair is completed, you must start immediately after the end of the event or if directed by the event coordinator. You must clean, items removed and trash picked up in the area that you worked in. Your space must be neat and clean before you leave the fair space. If vendor is found closing down before the end of the event, vendor will not be invited back.
Operations Hours: Operation hours might change from fair(s)/event(s). You cannot leave early, unless authorized by event Manager/Owner, due to the integrity of the operating hours of the event. If you leave early without Owner/Manager(s) permission, you will not be invited back or/to other fair/event in the future. The only case in leaving early is when it's a matter of an emergency; you must inform Owner/Manager of the situation before leaving.
Cause of Inclement Bad Weather: If for unforeseeable reason, and due to bad weather. The event manager or owner of the fair might/or will cancel event. That decision will be made 24hours earlier or in some occasions, on/or the day of the event and it will be made by event manager or owner. The event will be canceled during that time period or it might be rescheduling to a later time of the month or of the event year. You will be informed in some way when that decision might be made.
Date/location Might Change Due unforeseeable Circumstances: Venues might have management change(s), venues of operations might change or due to uncontrollable situations. Due to this situation, there might be a date change or venue changes of any event/fair. If, it occurs we will inform you as soon as possible of the situation. The date might change or venue might change. This might be any situation that we have no control of. We will fallow all laws, rules and regulations that are authorized to us by the State of Texas, County, Region or venue rules and anything that is uncontrolled to us.
NO CONFETTI or GLITTER ALLOWED: to any fair(s) or event(s). If caught breaking this rule, you will be charged $300.00 and will not be invited any fair(s) or event(s) in the future.
Diffusers on your Vending Table or Area: If you are a practitioner who uses diffusers for your display, make sure they are water base type of diffusers. DO NOT put aromas, oils or anything that might cause illness to client/customer or working practitioners.
No Incense or Candles can be lit during fair(s) or event(s): make sure that you table setting does not contain incense or candle for display.
This is because of safety to yourself and our guest. The LCD candles are okay to have.
Wall Mounting Signs or floor banners: You will need to get authorization by fair owner and/or manger to mount a sign at your assigned space, no needles, mounting hooks, nails, or material that will damage wall(s) will not be allowed. Only appropriate event material can be used. If we find you damaging wall(s), you will be charged $300.00 and you will not be invited back to other fair/events. If you are assigned a center location at any event(s), you cannot put floor banners as part of your vendor space. You will need to take them down or it might be asked to take them down.
Not responsible: We at Finding Your Life Path Company, LLC or vendor space rental(s) is not responsible for lost, damaged nor thefts, bodily harm during, or physical damage to you or your assistance before or after any event(s) conducted by, neither Finding Your Life Path Metaphysically nor any of its associations or other companies.
Parental Consent: If you do a reading, any type service to someone under the age of 18. There must be a guardian or parent present at all times. The consent from the guardian or parent must be in verbal or if the consent is in writing a copy must be given to the producer within 48 hours after the event or you will be let go from event or any future events.
Copy of Contract: If you would like a copy of the contract for your records, please inform owner or Fair Owner/manager and provide a mailing address and the copy of the contract will be sent to you within 2 weeks or inquiry.
Pet(s): For vendor(s), no pet is allowed at the fair, unless it is an authorized disability act working animal. You must carry paperwork and it has to have a visible pet jacket with Disability Act. If No Activity, You will be removed from Finding Your Life Path Company List: Due to list accuracy we are going to recreate several list every 6 months. If you do not participate in any of the events that is being offered, you will be taken of the list.
You will need to call Ricardo, 512.560.8907 if you want to be reinstated.

Your Statement of Agreement: You are the solely responsible person for all Local; State & Federal taxes owed by the contract submitter named above and must follow all other state, local, city regulations, policy and procedures for/of the fair or any event(s) hosted by Finding Your Life Path Company, LLC and its affiliates. If you contract Covid-19 or other health issues, you are responsible for your health and it’s not our responsibility nor the venue or anything affiliated to Texas Metaphysical Fair(s) or its other companies and/or its affiliates.
By signing this contract, you’ve agreed to follow all Policies, Procedures and anything occurring during this event of the above statements. We will not be responsible for any circumstance that has occurred to/from and around us.
